With this project that began in 2004, PCPC seeks to plant 4 churches in the Ukrainian capital city of Kiev and to help expand the work of the Evangelical Reformed Seminary of Ukraine. PCPC is partnering in this project with CrossPointe PCA in Austin, Texas.
